January 20, 2009 - At 2:30 p.m. Monday, Michelle Wharry with no inaugural ticket in hand, and a reservation to sleep on the couch of the mother of a man who volunteered for the Barack Obama campaign and whose last name she didn't even know arrived in Washington exhilarated. The 34-year-old woman had just finished a 28-hour-odd drive from Austin with two other Obama devotees.
